Environmental guidelines

Our environmental guidelines serve as a compass for how we want to implement environmental and climate protection in our everyday work. We are committed to complying with legal regulations and also strive to avoid negative environmental impacts. We are determined to continuously improve our energy and resource efficiency.

We have set ourselves the goal of continuously reducing our greenhouse gas emissions and using resources such as energy, raw materials and water as efficiently as possible. With the help of monitoring, we aim to gradually improve these measures.

As part of the circular economy, this includes the reuse of materials and products. We use resources responsibly and strive to reduce waste. In procurement, we pay attention to short delivery routes and environmentally friendly packaging.

We strive for an environmentally friendly mobility concept. By selecting event venues and hotels that are close to each other, we aim to keep travel distances as short as possible.

We also want to make our business trips as efficient and environmentally friendly as possible. We are committed to a transparent communication of environmental goals.

Our green matter

We want to identify the environmental impact of the European Work in Progress event (EWIP). Our goal is to reduce the greenhouse gas it step by step. In order to implement these objectives, we assigned the companies Kiria and Green Film Shooting to develop a roadmap. The success will rely on the cooperation of all guests and participants.
